I am so passionate about the enhancements and opportunities that exist for content, brands, innovators as the world (including the 3+ Billion previously absent from the consumption cycle) goes mobile. I am also extremely proud of the entire team at Parallel6 because of the full speed ahead commitment to meet the demands and needs of enterprise clients worldwide with the relevant insights engine and flexibility of the Captive Reach platform and app technology. Having an app (for app’s sake) is not the point and never has been a coherent strategy for any company or brand despite the proliferation of useless apps in the IOS and Android platforms. Using an app as a vehicle to provide increased utility to a brand’s consumers in exchange for meaningful data and insights into how to serve that client/consumer better is the only effort that can truly be called a mobile strategy.
